"The breakfast was surprisingly good and had variety each morning we were there. One staff member in particular when above and beyond to help us with our baggage!"

"It's a wonderful property a stones throw from all the neighborhoods for local shopping and dining. Very comfortable, clean, and very quiet. The booking process is a little tedious but don't let that put you off. They are actively working to make sure all their guests have a pleasant and quite experience. We stayed in a lovely room with a small patio. It was very relaxing. We found the parking to be pretty easy."

"Great bang for you buck! For they money, you really can't go wrong. As long as you want for breakfast is cereal, I would recommend it. They could offer more for the continental breakfast but again, when you compare to other area hotels, you can't really argue with these guys that they shouldn't feel obliged to offer a full breakfast at the excellent rates they charge."

"What a treasure hidden on a quiet street close to the lake and boystown. Charming facility with attentive, warm, professional staff. Parking is available for an extra fee and its well worth not searching for on street parking. It's going to be my go-to hotel from now on!"

"The most surprising thing about this hotel is that it came with a washer dryer which was fantastic as I’ve been travelling for about a month and it was really wonderful to have that service. Plus it’s a very quirky hotel in the best way love the Clock collection!"

"My family and I came to Chicago to lay my mother in law to rest. Ben was really helpful in every way you could think of. There was enough rooms and space to accommodate us. I cooked a full course meal that turned out really great! lol The tenants were so nice and fun! They made our stay even better because we really needed those laughs! "The location is great. There's so much nearby within walking distance. It's an easy uber drive to Wrigley Stadium and close enought to Cloud gate and river tours. Unfortunately, the elevator was not working during our stay so it meant going up and down 4 flights of stairs. The staff was very friendly! They had just opened a new in house restaurant which is convenient, we just didnt get enough time to try it. "
