"今回３度目の宿泊。ピアスのキャッチなど落ちており踏んでしまいました。清掃などは毎回不満があります。その他は全体的にキレイでした。また、シャワーヘッドが壊れており、洗面所、キッチンからはお湯が出ませんでした。電話し、迅速な対応を受けましたが、なおらず空き部屋もない事から、お風呂に入ることは出来ませんでした。ただ返金対応や丁寧な謝罪でとても良かったです。今回は101でしたがエレベーター前で毎回他の客の声が響きわたり気になりました。"

Mitsui Garden Hotel Fukuoka Gion

"It's a very traditional Mitsui if you have stayed with MGH before. While it's a few minutes away from the Hakata station and the area feels quieter, you still have very easy access to the metro (the station is right across the street), shopping (next to Canal City), and a lot of nice little restaurants and coffee shop (the popular FUK is just across the street as well) are right nearby (the hotel shabu shabu restaurant is amazing on its own). The room is a quite a bit roomier than the Oriental Hotel by Hakata station, also quite a bit newer, with both around the same price range. Though I have to say, while being older, Oriental Hotel is quite a bit cleaner. The musk scent was so strong in our room I actually had a dream about trying to get the smell out that night (lol)... very glad I didn't stay there more than one night."

"The hotel location is extremely convenient for anyone who is traveling in the area. The hotel itself has a lot of useful amenities as well (self service laundry, an above average spacious gym as far as Asian hotel goes), the staff are nice and the space very clean the only down side is the room is still on the smaller size for the price you pay (and considering the city) and the property is older. The breakfast buffet is mostly lukewarm (which is quite annoying as far as Asian meal goes) and can be quite chaotic (as the breakfast hour ends at 10:30am, what they meant is they want the space empty and done with breakfast by 10:30am...they start busting and cleaning around 10:15am so get your food and ready to finish up around 10:00am.)"
