"We had a very pleasant stay. Although the guest house is located on a main road, we were pleasantly surprised that there was no traffic noise at all, and we had a peaceful night's sleep. "Our third stay at Basar and as great as ever. Large , spotless room , fantastic breakfast and always well looked after. Two good sized pools with pool & poolside towels provided, great for us travelling with 7kgs under seat baggage allowance! Even made us a sandwich for the airport as we were out before breakfast on an early morning flight. Can't recommend enough. Always a pleasure to stay here and we will see you again next year hopefully."

"We had a family room.. it was what you can except from a small area hotel. It was good. The view from the terrace is amazing and breakfast was delicious. Close to everything and you can get picked up by local cruises straight from the deck of your hotel .The owner is very friendly and welcoming. We had a great time."

"The restaurant staff couldn’t do enough for you - there were loads of them and they were extremely friendly snd helpful. Food nice , not too expensive (for a hotel) and had a couple of meals in the hotel as well as breakfast, which was typical turkish breakfast. With the best freshly cooked omelettes Rooms comfortable. "This is a great place. It is like a little paradise. It is right by the canal. It has a spectacular view. You can walk to the center of the town easily. The owners are wonderful people. The rooms are basic, but clean. The breakfast is delicious."
