"Very helpful and friendly staff with a smooth check in and check out. They were very accommodating to our family, 3 who arrived at one time and 1 who arrived later. Great location, if you want a little quiet after the hustle and bustle of Shibuya Crossing, but still close enough to walk there easily. The Family Mart next door was really convenient. The hotel had all the amenities we needed and wanted. "

"Excellent location. Quiet and neighbourhoodly but only a 15 minute walk from the thick of the action. Close proximity to a small supermarket and konbini’s. The washer dryer in the room absolutely saved us in the Tokyo humidity and having a small balcony was an absolute treat. 10/10 would stay here again. "

Superb stay in a great location

"Right beside Shibuya Station, this new and very modern hotel is super convenient and very cool. Staff are very international and excellent with advice. Our deluxe corner suite was really well laid out and excellent for a peaceful nights sleep. Starbucks and Dean & Deluca are right downstairs for breakfast. Transport is right below the hotel. 3 min walk to Shibuya Scramble crossing and plenty of shopping. Loved our stay. "

"I booked this place very last minute, even though I already had a hotel, just because I wanted to experience that "capsule" hotel once in my lifetime. However, I think this take on it was too modernized for the experience I was looking for, but I already knew that going into it. I wanted more of a traditional capsule hotel, but it's just that I couldn't find one anymore since I booked so last minute. I booked this place at like 8:30pm & walked there from my hotel & was able to check-in, get to my spot right away. It's in a great area, very walkable to all of the Shibuya action. The beds were comfortable & I love the alarm feature, instead of making alarm noises, it'll just raise your bed up to the couch position. The capsule is very spacious. The lobby lounge was very nice. It's very hip, alone with the music they play. Great place for young crowds. Breakfast was not that great compared to all the other Japan hotels I had during this trip, it was an extra $5. Overall, I paid like $61 for the stay. If you're looking for a modern take on Japan's capsule hotels, this place is great for you."
