"Our reservation was for a double room with Bosphorus view, for my surprise they upgraded my room for a suite with a king and bed room, a balcony with a beautiful view of the Bosphorus. The staff were so friendly. The location is a little bit far from the interesting points to visit so I recommend to use public transportation which is very easy and economic service.
