"Room was amazing. The old architecture with modern amenities was great. The onsen was beautiful. The hotel itself and the area around the hotel, including the gardens were stunning and fun to explore. A perfect oasis, I wish we could have stayed longer. Some lovely shops and restaurants within walking distance. The free shuttle up the hill to the train station was appreciated, although the walk down to the hotel is worth doing. Stop at Naraya cafe as well!"

"Our flight was canceled, so we stayed these three extra days in Japan at Hotel Mystays Narita turned out to be the perfect choice. The rooms were spacious and very clean, the amenities were excellent, and the restaurants were very good. The staff was outstanding friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay."
