"There was trash all over the property, my room didn't get cleaned until I said something to the front desk and that was the days after I arrived. The staff basically ignored my calls to the front desk no answer. The hall room 124 i was in smelled like weed. The whole hallway was smelling like weed. The breakfast was good. That was about it."

"I have received 0 assistance from staff or Expedia for my check in issues. We didn’t even stay at the hotel!!!!! Waiting on a response to see if I can even get a refund. Useless staff, didn’t help at all."

"The staff here are very friendly, polite, and professional. Always helpful, and accommodating to the needs of their guests. Parking here is very easy, with a parking garage located at the rear of the hotel. The rooms are very spacious and clean, well worth the money paid. Thank you Hilton Garden Inn!"
