"After a long drive to IN from AZ, we were tired. The desk staff checked us in - were exceptionally friendly and helpful and helped us to try and straighten out a computer PROBLEM created through HOTELS.COM website repeated crashing when registering..They (Munster Hampton Inn staff) have been gracious and informative. I wish all hotels and motels were as well run and clean as this one. Now if only Hotels.com gets their act together. If you are in this area ... STAY HERE!!! "

"The staff has been so nice, welcoming and helpful to me my whole entire stay. I have never met such a sweet and caring team. Everything is very clean and the building in general is a very nice place. The pool/hot tub and the gym are great amenities here. I felt very safe staying here alone as a woman.
