"To begin, it took over an hour to check in. Granted, we came about 30 minutes before check-in so we understandably waited, but was confused when it was well after the stated check in time. "We liked the friendly service, great Rooftop pool and washing machine in room.
We didn’t like that breakfast was next door expensive ($12/day) and they would only allow me one cappuccino. We quickly opted for the Starbucks (a short 5 min walk away) for the next 2 days.
A cheap Tuk tuk ride was required to go in town.
I also think the Bathroom was tiny. 2 people could not use it at the same time and lighting was terrible with no full length mirror. "

"The room was not ready when we opened the door, had to call down to get it cleaned, the hallways and corridors are filthy, the one-bedroom suite is well set up, the cooktop was an induction cooktop but no induction cookware at all.
