Property was dirty with cobwebs, and it is self check in so there's no way to leave bags early at all.
The bathroom has no mirror (there is no mirror anywhere in the room).
Room is a regular small size (normal in Japan)
Overall a pretty disappointing experience.
I made numerous attempts to get in contact from the management/owner of the residency, but never got through. Prior to checking in at the residence I asked a staff member of Holiday Inn to make contact but she did not get a hold of anyone to speak with on my behalf. Upon arrival, I did not see a single soul to greet us and give us the key to our room. After waiting for an hour in the cold I went to go seek assistance in a police station nearby to contact the manager/owner of the hotel and no one picked up the phone to communicate. So, with my family exposed to the cold and as the sunlight was fading to end the day, I had to find another place to stay. I was totally ripped off.
Posizione ottima, pulizia impeccabile, ceck-in veloce.
Sarebbe più comodo avere un sistema di lockers per lasciare la valigia visto che il ceck-in è possibile a partire delle 15.00 (ma si possono usare quelli in stazione).
Says it’s a hotel, but more an apartment block disguised as a hotel. No reception area. Given an access pin to punch in to get in to the room. The room itself is small, but not too far off average for a small Tokyo hotel room. However was fairly dated, and the bathroom looked like it had an attempt at a cosmetic refurb, but obviously so. The shower head itself had fallen off the wall and was laying in the bathtub, with only a couple of holes to show where it should have been.
It would have been nice to have been told about the actuality of the accommodation before having to stay here, but hopefully this lets others know.
Very poor soundproofing between rooms. There was a group across the hall, and we could hear almost everything they had to say. Made it hard to sleep.
