Das Hotel war sauber und das Personal freundlich. Leider konnten viele gar kein Englisch wodurch die Kommunikation schwierig war. Abends konnte man sich Getränke und eine Suppe kostenlos nehmen und morgens gab es ein nettes Frühstücksbuffet!

ウェルカムドリンクはうれしい。無料の朝食も充分と思う 部屋のエアコンの効きが動作音のわりにあまりよくない印象。強めの設定で就寝。前に宿泊した冬の時も暖かくはなかった。

乳児がいたので和洋室のお部屋に泊まったが、和室洋室両方のエアコンが効かず…電気ストーブを用意してくれたが、子どもが触ってしまうので使うことができず寒かった。 荷物を預かってくれるので、観光するにはとても助かったが、荷物を取りに行った時に子どものオムツを交換したくて交換できる場所があるか聞いたら「ないです」のみ。 ファミリータイプのお部屋があるのであれば、もう少し子どもに合った設備が付いてると嬉しいと思った。

部屋も広くてとても快適でした。喫煙ルームしか残っていなかったのですが、宿泊したフロアが喫煙ルームのみなのか、廊下がたばこのにおいがしましたが部屋はにおいもなくて快適でした。また利用したいです。

絶対にオススメしません。大人１、子ども２の利用。二人分のアメニティしかもらえませんでした。宿泊税は大人二人分取られました。ホテルはよく利用しますが、このようなひどい対応は初めてです。スリッパも２つしか出してもらえませんでしたが、それも使い捨てを使い回してボロボロでした。設備が古いのは仕方ありませんが、壁紙はいたるところ破れお化け屋敷状態、お風呂のお湯を抜くと洗面所の排水溝から逆流し、洗面所が水没しました。

只是過渡住宿 (住了一晚，隔天一早便租車北上)，價格平，房間殘舊，冷氣不足，洗手間灰灰黃黃，總擔心有小強跳出。唯一可取的反而是平平無奇的小型自助早餐。

Hotel vecchio, sporco e decrepito. Oggettivamente impresentabile: non capisco come Expedia possa pensare di vendere un hotel del genere sul suo sito. Anche le ciabattine che forniscono normalmente in tutti gli alberghi qui in Giappone erano usate e sporche. Abbiamo protestato alla reception e ci hanno detto che non cambiano le ciabattine ma che, teoricamente, ma solo teoricamente, le avrebbero pulite. In realtà erano schifose così come il tappetino dell'ascensore. Nella camera da terra si alzava una nuvola di polvere. Ruggine ed intonaci scrostati. La camera aveva mobilio anteguerra con la vernice tutta scrostata. Una camera fumatori che per la puzza non si poteva neanche stare e non si può neanche aprire la finestra. Anche la finestra è sporca e non ci si vede attraverso. Alla reception non parlano inglese: per farmi capire ho dovuto dettare delle frasi al traduttore automatico di Google sul telefono.

車中から駐車場について聞くと前に出て案内してくださりありがとうございました。新しくはないですが室内も清潔でベットの寝心地も良かったです。夫は枕が非常に寝やすかったと言っていました。

Неплохой отель в хорошем месте с велосипедами

Отель весьма не новый, но достаточно чистый и удобно расположен - в паре сотен метров от станции. Номер стандартный японский - квадратов 13. Есть чайник и чашки. У отеля два больших преимущества: 1. Дают велосипеды напрокат (бесплатно), что очень удобно. Съездить в парки или замок - одно удовольствие. Не нужно заморачиваться с транспортом или ноги бить. Правда велосипедов всего три штуки. 2. Неплохой завтрак, причем шведский стол.
