"This is a very pretty hotel. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The room was large and felt elegant. We had breakfast at the restaurant and our server was great and so was the food. It is in an excellent location, just a short walk from the downtown shopping and dining area. It is much less crowded than Banff, so it's nice to come back to after a day at Lake Louise or Banff etc. It also included free parking! We also thought it was reasonably priced."

"The parking was good. Access to HWY 1 was great. The furniture was completly worn out. The beds were good for us but if you have a bad back, way to soft. King Size beds require King Size pillows. Will not stay again."

"Everything was perfect! The place was spotless, parking was very easy as well as check in which I did online ahead of time. One suggestion would be for there to be a blanket in the room. Would definitely stay again if ever in Canmore and hopefully I am."

"I don’t recommend the rooms with balconies, which are all on the second floor. They look directly out to the parking lot; cars are parked literally right below. The quality of breakfast was a big disappointment. They served old fruit s, worst yogurts ever, and cheapest bagels/bread. (We really felt guilty throwing food away. "Strict check in and out times however allowed to park before check in time which was helpful. Didn’t see any staff for the most part and they seem to have a fully digital system. The air conditioning was extremely loud so disturbed sleep. Shower was weak too which was disappointing. Big TV with lots of channels which was nice and beds were comfortable. Fridge also convenient. "Easy access for the parking. Kitchen was ok and there were plates and cups that you can use. Staff are friendly. There is also a born fire that you can do if you want. "
