"An amazing house with great volume, vaulted ceilings, 4 bedrooms and a private onsen bath. The house was beautiful, perfectly located near all the exciting restaurants and sights around Hakone. A perfect place to spend a few days and I wish we had more time to truly enjoy it fully. Lots of windows, a beautiful garden, gorgeous interior with wood paneling everywhere and some rooms with traditional tatami mats. Highly recommend !"

"設備も良く快適でした。 ただ、外の車の音、一階、2階の音が良く聞こえてきて、夜は外の車音で夜何度か目を覚ましました。 バスタオルなどが無償で使用できたらなお良かったです。"

"友人宅が近所なので息子と2人で利用しました。3部屋ですが2段ベットがあるのでリビングのソファーを利用すれは10名位は泊まれそうで私達には広すぎました笑。 大人数の宿泊ならコスパがいいと思います。 ビーチは徒歩１分、逗子駅も徒歩10分位で立地は良いのに住宅街なので静かです。 残念な点はお風呂の脱衣場のアコーデオンカーテンがきちんと閉まらず開いてしまうので困ったのと家の前の道幅が狭くて大型車は注意が必要です。"

"Beautiful clean home, lots of space for our group of 6. First time trying sleeping on a Japanese futon. Was a bit hard to get used to, but we are accustomed to soft mattresses. Host is terrific at answering questions and someone came by to welcome us and review house rules when we arrived. It was wonderful for our 1 night stay in Hakone!"

"The house was difficult to find and, as mentioned, had a steep hill to walk down. When we entered, it smelled strongly of gas as there were 3 gasoline jars directly inside the door. The smell gave all four of us a headache. Also, it was VERY cold, due to missing windows. The heaters were set at max and we were still very cold. Lastly, the floors are not stable. In the dining room, it felt like we were walking on cardboard, as the floor flexed and moved when we walked. "

"施設自体は満足するものでした。 駐車場が施設から歩いて30秒という記載もあり安心もあって暗くなってからチェックインしました（距離は間違いなく歩いて30秒でした）。しかし、周りが暗い上に狭い道のため見つけるのに時間がかかり大変な思いをしました。 ここへ泊まる方は日のあるうちにチェックインすることをお勧めします。"

"綺麗な戸建てVILLAでした。お部屋も広くて、食器類も揃っていて、快適に過ごすことが出来ました。 ひとつ希望としては、お布団が薄かったです。ベッドの2人は快適でしたが、お布団がややせんべい布団だったので、余分のお布団を重ねて使ってもらいました。もう少し厚みのあるお布団か、あるいは敷きマットレスがあれば尚良かったと思います。"

"Location was great and so easy to commute to sight seeing and for bullet train journey. Property is spacious and very comfortable."

"House is very clean and has a lot of beds, kitchen items, and shower stuff to use. No mold, no bugs, no dirt. The place is a slight long walk from the parking lot and there are not a lot of lights walking up the path but the directions that the owner left was very useful to find parking. The place is good to stay if you have friend group."
