He even prepared me a tea in the morning, explained how to explore George Town in a day (coz I was there for one day only), even help me sorted with my lost baggage issues. "I came here with my family. We slept in a private dorm of 6 beds destined to us as a private family booking. The dorm was big with spacious lockers and clothes horses. We had breakfast in the kitchen, there is free tea and coffee and we toasted bread and fried some eggs. There is a large variety of stalls and restaurants to choose between Malay, Indian Muslim, Chinese or Indian food. "Cleanliness is excellent. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. The surrounding neighbourhood has plenty of dining options. It is a very ideal staycation for family. "

"The mattress was slightly stained, perhaps the housekeeping team did not notice during check out cleaning but the team was very responsive and offered to change the bedsheets immediately. Property was slightly worn but clean. Property is walking distance to malls and there are convenient shops just downstairs, there’s also pool and gym facilities. Overall a good stay."
