"The advert was exceptionally deceiving. The toilet it was dirty and someone had come in while we were out and wet the bathroom. They advertised a private plunge pool for each room, they was not only no. Plunge pool but not even a bath. They advertised a kitchen, yet they stove was not working, which meant we couldn't cook all the food we'd brought with us. We were very upset and highly disappointed. "Just a dirty property. Sheets were stained and had hair on them which weren’t mine. The room smelled like cigarettes even though it was a smoke free room. Front desk is rude. They don’t say hi just stare at you. When checking out I was supposed to receive my deposit of 80. But they only gave me 50 even tho there staff said I would receive my full deposit once I check out. Also the hotel isn’t near anything and cost more than hotel in KL with better amenities. Just go somewhere else. "

"This place is awful. Every bed has stains on the sheets. Some have blood, others dirt. Our son's bed has sand in it. The bathrooms are dirty - there is mold growing in the showers, and the toilets haven’t been cleaned. The glass shower doors are filthy.
