There is no reception, I had to go to the security desk of the mall for check-in. There was no power adapter that I could use, I had to buy one. The room was okay, but bed and pillows seemed dirty. The swimming pool was closed for maintenance for the afternoon we wanted to use it.

bedding in both the master and twin bedroom had stains on it. mold on dish rack and mold on cleaning rag. spoons provided had residue that i couldn’t remove with dish soap. i was iffy about using their bath towels because it didn’t looked clean and it was partially damp which i couldn’t understand why. overall, it was dirty.

This place is awful. Every bed has stains on the sheets. Some have blood, others dirt. Our son's bed has sand in it. The bathrooms are dirty - there is mold growing in the showers, and the toilets haven’t been cleaned. The glass shower doors are filthy. The rags for the kitchen: were hard and crusted on the kitchen counter where they were left to dry. The kitchen sponge is at least 8 months old. It’s disgusting. Bowls and silverware were left dirty in the draining rack. The ironing board has a gigantic burn mark on it. The ironing board and the hair dryer were set up right next to the kitchen table. The kitchen table wasn’t wiped down. The pots for the kitchen cooktop look worse than something you’d buy at Goodwill - black, crusted with grime and food, scratched - just awful. There are spiderwebs on the tankless water heater in the shower that does not provide hot water at all. No joke. It’s a cold shower. The couch is filthy and broken. It has so much dirt on it that it is two different colors. The seats are broken and the armrest is broken. The cushions are flat. The throw pillows are filthy. The walls are damaged. The lamp in the living room is lopsided and held together by bright yellow tape. This place is a dump. There is also a night market until midnight right below your window - you hear everything from it. Lastly, there is basically no staff available at all.

It’s a v rly ideal place to stay. You get all the items down here. Apartment provide cooking vessels and dining plates and cutlery’s But The furnitur like dining table. Coffee tables are very poor and weak. You may have to donate your deposit unless you care. The cushion in living room is dirty. Inter net connectivity is very poor.
