The rooms are absolutely stunning, beautifully designed, peaceful, and luxurious. It truly felt like a proper escape from reality, exactly what I was looking for. The monkeys roaming the resort genuinely add to the experience and make it feel even more unique and connected to nature. A special shout-out to the buggy drivers, who were all incredibly quick, helpful, and friendly, always arriving with a smile. Another huge thank you to Lee at the Beach Grill Restaurant, who was so kind and welcoming, and to the entire team at Horizon, where we spent a lot of our time and were consistently looked after so well. The front of house team also deserve a big mention they were lovely, organised everything I needed seamlessly, and even followed up to make sure all my questions were answered. The kids club could do with a refurbishment, but they did different activities with them every day which they enjoyed."
