"Staff was very helpful during check-in. The room was as per advertised, clean, big room & good amenities. We like the location. Quiet, close to Tsurumai station, convenience store on 1st floor and other restaurants/cafes."

"Bed was a little hard, however everything else was great. Very close to Ghibli Park and Toyota Auto museum. Had English speaking staff. Had tower parking with car size restrictions, but offered us a parking space directly outside the hotel for ¥1000 per night."

"More of the western style setup but still a compact business hotel for the Japanese. It was very close to Kanayama station, tons of food options for every taste, and a Aeon mall with reasonable walking distance. Only complaint I had to adjust to was the noise, it is a busy area until late at night and my room was on the train side. I did get use to it after a couple nights. Breakfast has a few western style items to get you by, but their is a FamilyMart just downstairs, and a McDonalds very close by. "
