"Staff was very helpful and friendly. Just so all are aware no elevator or pool on this property. Extremely close to the lovely beaches. Hotel provided umbrellas, mats and large towels for use at the beach. Has a delightful coffee shop on the main floor. "

"We upgraded our room to a balcony room as our first room only had a small window in the bathroom. Balcony room clean and beautiful. Shower lost pressure around dinnertime , but other times was fine. Nise staff."

Besides this reservation Hotels.com screwed me on another in Siem Reap Cambodia. I was unable to get there do to my Service Dog and getting to Siem Reap on time for the booking but you charged me with no refunds. I'm filing a dispute with my credit card since no one answers my emails."

"Avoid this place. Check-in was difficult in the dingy reception, which looked like a dump, as the elderly lady had no idea I was coming. Finally she understood, but asked if I had already paid, which I had.Room was up 4 flights of stairs. Big room but walls covered in dark wood, only one small window, very dingy.Bed was lumpy, shower good & hot, only one plug socket away from the kettle,light switches on the other side of the room from the bed. "They are in the process of upgrading rooms so our room did not have a wardrobe or safe. While we were there they installed a shelf in the bathroom. We were on the forth floor and had a balcony/patio with a nice view of the beach. We would stay there again."
