"Our group stayed at Hotel JAL city Haneda for two nights on our trip from Sapporo. We had a good stay. It offer free shuttle to Haneda airport on a scheduled bus service. Pickup service from the airport is only available after 4pm so we have to get our own ride going to the hotel when we arrived at 10:30am. The shuttle bus driver who drove us to the airport was very hard working.
