"About the only positive thing I can say for this property is that it was quiet. Also the young lady at the reception desk when we checked out, listened, was sympathetic and very polite.
Otherwise the negative points to this property overshadowed every thing else. The property was supposed to have Wi-Fi, and after checking in, there was NO Wi-Fi in our room, we returned to reception and inquired, their response was “well sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t”. "Aside from being very clean and welcoming - the hotel was perfect for our family. A small but thoughtfully designed room accommodated a grown couple and two younger kids comfortably. Staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The proximity to the train station was why we booked, but I’d recommend even if that isn’t your mode of travel.
