"What a really nice room! Spotless. Really nice staff. Lovely breakfast buffet. Easy shuttle back to the airport in the morning. We were dropping off a rental car and swung by the hotel first and parked in the underground parking. They validated our parking ticket so we could park for free for about 20 minutes to check in and drop off our luggage before going back to take the car to the drop off point. Then we walked back from the terminal to the hotel, which was fine but a little confusing because there is a lot of construction going on at the airport at the moment, but we managed just fine with maps on our phone. Just a really nice experience."

"Stayed for one night, from the moment we checked in we felt very welcome. Room was clean had a very good sleep and the breakfast was great and had a big tasty choice or food. I’d definitely recommend and stay agin."

"The staff are exceptional!!! The location cannot be beat! We had our choices for coffee every morning and loved the people watching. The Summer market was across the street and so so great! Another market is also across the street in the other direction. And then there are THOUSANDS of eateries in every direction. Access to the free tram just a block away. The hotel has every amenity right down to (free I believe) self serve laundry and free sparkling water. The hotel is not "fancy." It is comfortable and practical. I would recommend they change out the very dark carpet in the guest rooms, but it wasn't in bad condition, just dark and carpet is a major dirt holder in general. I would still stay here again and recommend it highly!!!"
