"Beautiful historic hotel in downtown Kalispell, within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. I’ll take this type of property over a cookie-cutter hotel on the interstate any day of the week. Bathroom was small, our room had only one small sitting chair (in addition to a desk & chair), but it was clean & tidy and the bed was very comfortable. There were plenty of common sitting areas on each floor as well as a beautiful space in the main lobby. The continental breakfast served in the main lobby was fantastic - try the baked oatmeal! Also the homemade chocolate chip cookies prepared each day, along with popcorn, for guests to enjoy each evening. A very unique and personal experience that made our trip to the area even more enjoyably memorable!"

"The hotel inside and out was beautiful. Even though it’s located next to the airport, the hotel is extremely quiet. The included breakfast was great with plenty of choices."

"It was a very nice place, very well kept, excellent views of the town, close to everything. The only thing that was a little unnerving was that the staff seem to be very nosy about you coming and going. I feel that if you’re on vacation, you should be able to enjoy yourself and come and go as you please without being asked a question do you know but other than that it was great."
