"This appears to be a brand new hotel. Furnishings, carpets are fresh-looking. The lighting in the room and bathroom are good. Comfortable beds. Gym, indoor pool, small outdoor patio with two fire pits, kitchen-no stove, but can request a burner. 12 minutes from airport. Very close to Costco, Freddyโs Custard & Burgers restaurant. Very nice front desk ladies (one was named Kristin). Breakfast was good with a nice eating area. Only negative was the outlets were loose so the charger did not stay plugged in firmly (Rm 221) (except the one built into the side table)."

"I enjoy staying at historic properties, especially ones that make you feel comfortable and welcomed, not stuffy or pretentious. The Grand Hotel was very comfortable and relaxing. The front desk staff very friendly and chatty, in a good way. I would stay here again. The evening cookies and coffee on every floor are nice touches."
