Covid 19 exhaustion!
I was told prior to arrival that I would need to have a covid test on arrival at the hotel and every 3 days. I checked before I arrived with the Germany consulate who said this was not true as long as we were vaccinated and had our boosters (which we did). The hotel said this was not true and made us take a covid test before they checked us in. Also every three days. We did not enjoy this stay because of this! Also masks were required everywhere in the hotel even though the hotel was almost empty. The biggest waste of time was we had to put our masks on to go to the breakfast buffet even though our seat was only 8 feet to the buffet while were eating!! Gloves would have been more helpful for safety.

Dear Barry, we're sorry that you made this experiences. If we would've seen your booster, we wouldn't need to see a test all 72 hours. For us in germany, in rhineland palatinate and I think everywhere else, Corona is also not easy to handle and not fun at all. If we made a mistake, we're absolutely sorry for that. We just try our best to give every guest a safe and pleasant stay in our hotel. It was never our intension to treat someone wrong. We wish you and your beloved ones a great time and stay healthy! Nice hotel, wifi very poor,
Great parking fantastic staff, rooms are very dark and heating doesnt work very well. WIFI is very very bad!! - almost unusable. Beds comfy, staff friendly and bar is decent.

Super sauberes und gemütliches Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer mit neuwertiger Ausstattung. Perfekte fußläufige Lage zum Betzenberg und in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto in die Innenstadt. Das Frühstück mit Pancake Maschine hatte alles was das Herz begehrt. Wir kommen garantiert wieder.

Das Zimmer das wir ausgesucht haben hatten wir zwar nur für eine Nacht, jedoch können wir dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen. Gefallen hat uns die Sauberkeit des Zimmers, die Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet und die sehr freundliche junge Dame am Empfang. Grüße und Dank gehen raus! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :-)
