"This was my favorite stay in Japan! Beautiful, peaceful property with exceptional staff and service. I injured myself and was using crutches when I visited, and the staff was so kind and accommodating - they made us dinner reservations, brought us breakfast, and allowed me a bit of extra time for checkout since I was moving slowly. I'd definitely return!"

"I thought the property was very nice inside with the use of traditional Japanese styles of the tatami rooms and comfortable beds as well as the sliding rice paper doors. It had a great shower room, which could be used like a Onsen with a deep soaking tub and short stool with bucket. But even with these traditional styles, you could’ve easily taken a standup shower. Washer and dryer worked great. Kitchen is well equipped. Breakfast was delivered promptly every morning, however, might recommend...

"I stayed here for 10 days with my husband and two daughters. The property is amazing a brand new hotel with beautiful views of the city. Our room was very spacious and comfortable with two twin beds and two day beds. The breakfast was delicious too. The area is quiet but there are many dining options and stores. I hope to stay here anytime Im in Tokyo."

"Staff were very kind and helpful. I liked ReFa hair dryer and shampoo & conditioner. The hotel is not too big so you don’t have to wait for a long time to use elevator. I recommend including breakfast buffet. "

"I stayed here for 3-nights. Booked the Superior Small Double Room as I wanted my own bathroom. Kind of wish the room came with a TV. The bathroom was very small & my shower drain was very slow. Overall, I was fine with the room. The amenities were nice. Loved the lounge on the top floor, especially since there's a pool table. Also, the free candy up there is very good! The bar & restaurant was nice! They serve free beer everyday from 5pm to 6pm, no limit I believe, however I was only able to...

"I am delighted to be staying at the Westin Tokyo. Initially, I thought I would prefer a more Japanese-style hotel. The Westin has a special flavor and is exquisite on so many levels. "Right beside Shibuya Station, this new and very modern hotel is super convenient and very cool. Staff are very international and excellent with advice. Our deluxe corner suite was really well laid out and excellent for a peaceful nights sleep. Starbucks and Dean & Deluca are right downstairs for breakfast. Transport is right below the hotel. 3 min walk to Shibuya Scramble crossing and plenty of shopping. Loved our stay. "
