"We loved our room layout. We had a 2 queen room and it had one of the beds in a separate bedroom with another bathroom. This wasn’t a connecting room but was all in the one entry door. Room 5. Our son had been dehydrated from spending all day at the Grand Canyon. He ended up getting sick and made a mess of his bedding. "Unfortunately, this is the worst property I’ve ever booked. Multiple issues with the property condition and representation but mainly the room was mosquito infested, we had the doors and windows closed upon arrival and we were swarmed by over a dozen mosquitoes inside the room right away so I had to evacuate my family immediately. "No elevators, room was dirty and smelled funny, staff we very unfriendly. Hallway smelled like a dog pooped in it, but my understanding was pets weren't allowed. Breakfast was all carbs. Only fresh fruit was unripe bananas, bruised apples and oranges that were sour. The lady in the dining area was very attentive and helpful. She did a good job stocking the food and keeping the place clean. This was the only positive thing that caught my eye."
