The rooms were very clean, pool and hot tub were available, we personally did not use. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, they were all very kind. The check in and check out were quick and smooth. The breakfast had a very good variety. The hotel is located at a walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. Will definitely be booking here again when we visit Williams.

The air conditioner in one of our rooms was broken and could not be fixed. They did offer us another room, but we didn't want to be split up far away from each other. We also found a bug in one of our beds, it looked like a small beetle. The pool was nice and the hot tub was hot.
