"Our stay was simply perfect - especially the outdoors onsen were really nice (a bit smelly though) :-)"

"I can't say enough how helpful and kind the hotel staff was. Our room was in need of updating however everything was very clean."

"Good old traditional Japanese inn"

"Best hotel value in Kirishima"

"Nice and chill environment, relax and enjoyable"

"I was nervous since I’ve never spent this much on an overnight stay before but everything was perfect. Reception was great and welcoming. The room wa a beautiful and spacious. The food was amazing!! And they brought it to the room (the sever we had was so nice and friendly). Our room had a outdoor bath and it really hit the spot. 10/10 experience I would stay here again and recommend to my friends."

"Ginsyou is an older, well maintained property. Not all that modern. We ordered the dinner and breakfast at the hotel and found it to be way over the top. We could barely get through the dinner, as there was so much of it. The breakfast also consisted of some rather unusual food that my stomach could not tolerate in the morning. And there was no coffee with it. I wouldn't recommend the breakfast. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, though. "

"highly recommended！"

"Excellent dinner and very nice service. "

"A really unique property in a lovely and convenient location, used to dealing with hikers and international guests. Great bath, good breakfast buffet, and pleasant staff who are all eager to help you have a great experience on Yakushima, no matter what you plan to do! I hope I get a chance to go back someday. "

"Outstanding stuff, location, room and meals! Will come back again. Thank you so much for making our stay enjoyable."

"The service is excellent, food is delicious and the accommodation is fabulous"
