A bit dated and the rooms are on the small side, but everything is clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is a real highlight, with a great selection of tasty dishes to choose from. The hotel is also conveniently located close to the downtown area. Overall, a great value for the price!

いつもお世話になっております。大浴場サウナ付き＋おいしい朝食でこの値段ですので、いつもここ一択です。少々古い建物ですが、清潔ですしスタッフの対応も素晴らしいので問題ありません。 あ、テレビのリモコンが複雑なのでそこだけ直しておいてくれるとありがたいです。

チェックインの際、受付の方の態度(受け答え)が不遜でした。チェックアウトの際は、別の方が丁寧に対応して下さったので、おそらくチェックインを担当された方だけの問題なのかと思いますが、ホテル全体のイメージダウンに繋がるかと。その他はとても良く、特に朝食ブュッフェは品数も豊富で美味しく頂きました。それだけに、インの際の対応が余計に残念に感じます。プラマイゼロで星３です。
