"This was really the best hotel we were on our trip for two weeks. We stayed for five nights. Wonderful bedroom and bathroom. Front desk staff amazing, they helped us in everything we needed. And always with a big smile on the mouth. I want to recognize the job done by Lisa and Sara at front desk, and the job done by John in the restaurant serving us with excellence. Thanks for all John, Lisa, and Sara. If I will be in Vienna again, no doubt I will be in the Ananas. It is located very close to the city center, and close to the Schonbrun Palace too. Keep the good job guys! Thanks. "

"One of the best experience from the beginning to the end, especially the first impression front desk concierge Mr. Achmed, (sorry if I didn't spell his name right), but he made the whole experience fantastic, from getting tickets to the opera, recommending and getting reservation to the best restaurants, to knock at our room door to bring my wife a delicios chocolate cake to I wish her a happy b-day, I wish I can have this kind of employee in my business, he deserve everything about this review. Good choice

"The room was good, clean and with good WiFi and very quiet but I did find it slightly lacking in natural light. Staff were friendly and helpful and the location was excellent for many museums. Only a short walk to the nearest station with an easy connection for the airport train"

Excellent location and amenities

"The Hotel Secession is ideally located in central Vienna. It is a short walk to the Opera House, the major museums and TU-Wien (Technical University). There are countless restaurants within walking distance as well as several subway/underground stations. The hotel is very comfortable. My room was large by EU standards and in excellent shape with more than enough electrical outlets. Daily housekeeping was quick and efficient. The wireless worked fine. The television had a wide arrange of offerings though only a single channel in English (BBC). My room had a small balcony. The view was to an inner courtyard, but was nice to sit in the early evening. My one complaint is that the breakfast was very expensive - so expensive that I chose not to eat at the hotel. There are several bakery-like shops and small markets nearby that you can pick up a breakfast for a small fraction of the cost at the hotel. Other than that, I highly recommend the hotel "

"The Hotel AM Konzerthaus has an efficient and friendly staff. Check-in was easy, the room was very clean and tidy, and they even sent us a special gift for our anniversary after the reception person happened to ask if there was any special occasion we were celebrating. The location is close to the concert venues and art museums as well as shopping and dining."

Great for me

"People were friendly and helpful. The room was extremely clean. The location was great- 2 block walk to the U3 and 4 blocks to the ring and trams. Lots of places to eat, drink and shop close by. Breakfast was very good- great coffee, lots of tea choices, meats, cheeses, fresh fruits, brotchen, kuchen, eggs, sausages, fruit juice, etc. It is not pretentious and fancy. It is much better than basic lodging."
