"Great location. Beautiful condo. Lovely view and close to everything. Steps to beach. "

"We arrived 2 hours after the scheduled checkin. There were people living at the property when we arrived. They told us to leave. After they finally left, we were able to access the space, it was dirty. Dishes in the sink, refridgerator in the hallway, etc... most of the pool passes were missing, and no internet. The original inhabitants came back later that night requesting to enter and retrieve their property. The internet was restored the next morning but then the lights began to short out....

"We requested pillows four times over two days before we were given a code to a dank linen closet to get them. The bedspread was stained and the unit felt dirty. I do not recommend staying here. Spend the extra money to stay somewhere you can get service and a clean room."

"I would highly recommend the property, not just because it was new. The staff were all very friendly, every corner we turned, they were cleaning the common area. The breakfast was awesome and they were constantly refilling items that were not even empty yet. They were even constantly cleaning the breakfast area during breakfast service. When we go back next year, we will definitely stay there."

"We chose this hotel based on its rating on Expedia and the photos displayed in the listing. One of the photos showed a beautiful beach, which led us to believe that the hotel was located directly on the beach. Given that we paid nearly $450 per night for a double room, our expectations were understandably high. Our first disappointment was the parking situation. Although parking was advertised as free, it was poorly organized, and at times we had to park as far as half a mile from the...

"These are very old rooms that could use an upgrade. The property was really nice, though the staff were not helpful with multiple problems with my bill. Not worth the price"

"Property was nice. I didn't like how when we first got there our room wasn't cleaned yet and they wanted to put us in a lesser value room if I wanted a room immediately. They said they didn't really have a clue on when it will be ready. I waited for about 30 minutes to an hour for my correct room to be cleaned. Was an inconvenience for sure because it. Was pouring down raining but other than that the stay was smooth."
