"Everything was great except breakfast part of our stay. The guests waited behind several staff members filling plates to get their breakfast. Then guests were standing around with no hot items, fruit, muffin or bread items left. We ended up going out for breakfast, there are plenty of places to go nearby. This happened Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Possibly this was a one time problem and was handled. Tuesday and Wednesday we were able to have a great breakfast. The location is convenient to...

"The room wasn’t clear enough and the room smells so bad I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was dirty, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and the bed was uncomfortable. The staff was unhelpful and seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns. The noise level made it difficult to sleep, and overall the hotel did not match the quality that was advertised. I would not recommend staying here and will not be returning."

However, there is much they could have done to improve our stay, following some thing that were not so great: 1- the shower had a very poor drainage system, it tub keeping filling up while taking a shower and I had to shut off the shower from time to time to give it time to drain. 2- the hair conditioner cartridge was not working at all, we could never make it work. 3- The twin beds room, the mattress were not comfortable. 4- The complimentary breakfast was...
