The only downside is that the room has a part where a lot of mosquitos can come into the room and the A/C wouldn’t feel cold because of this same reason.

"This property is a hidden gem at the end of a dusty road, a quick walk away from the Tamarind beach. The owners are clearly very proud of their little hotel and it makes for an absolutely wonderful stay.
