"We stayed at NYUH Gading Hill for 2 nights and wish our stay was longer. Our room was clean, had the required essentials, shower worked well (good water pressure and temperature). We did note some ants in the bathroom on the last day, but this was quite common amongst several places we stayed in Bali so didn't think too much of it. "Lisa the host went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be. We were dissapointed to discover that the property did not have twin beds for our adult children but Lisa did her best to solve this for us when it was not her problem. My advise would be to WhatsApp Lisa with any queries as the request sent thru Agoda did not get passed on"

"We had an awesome time at The Tamarind. The pools are beautiful, the rooms are very spacious, even with the rollout bed for our daughter. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were absolutely beautiful, so helpful and friendly. The only thing was the location, which was a short walk to the nearest beach. As the hotel is built on a hill, there are lots of steps to get to your room and the pool, but the views are worth it! Thank you for our stay. Anita"

"We keep returning so that tells you we like it here😉 A week wasn't long enough. Great big room (deluxe), clean with fridge, kettle, safe, TV, sofa, blockout curtains & terrace. Included breakfast if you chose it, was enough with good options & the best view in Mushroon Bay from their restaurant. Plenty of meals eaten there with lots of choices. Enough pool lounges but they are the type that you can't adjust & not a great shape for our backs🙃 Things that could be added/improved is * the pool...

"Su Casa was just right for me. All the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was just what I needed (the aircon was very appreciated), the pool and outdoor area were lovely. I also really appreciated being able to organise my airport/boat transfer all in one go too. My only criticism is that the water pressure in the shower was slightly lacking, but I get the feeling this isn't unusual for the island."

"Gee the pictures looked better than in person- maybe old photos?. Location is excellent and host is very relaxed and somewhat helpful. Has more of a hostel vibe and the hut smelt like urine which cleaner did try and fix . No hot water and no fridge so we left for another hotel with better amenities. Pool was nice and pool towels good. "

"The room was clean... bed firm and comfy..staff so helpful and friendly...located within a 5 minute walk to Mushroom Bay down a pathway...next time we will use this to access hotel with a small rollalong suitcase and backpack... balcony with 2 chairs and table great place to enjoy a wine at days end"
