The guys at reception always very friendly, my key often didn’t work and they always resolved. A very comfortable bed and a large room with a microwave and refrigerator. "This is a historic hotel, a group of rooms located in a National Historic Register building. One of the best loved bars of Juneau is downstairs. The room was cozy and comfortable, and shared bath facilities were clean. I made Alaskan friends when I visited the bar. A great, authentic feeling Alaska experience. Don't expect a modern hotel experience - you'll find that in other parts of town."
