"We were given a room at the top of the building and when we got in and unpacked realised the air con did not work. After 2 trips to reception we were offered another room and this was ok. Thankyou so much!"

"Check in was quick and easy. Room was fine with a kettle for tea and coffee. Hotel bar and restaurant was fine and food was good. Breakfast was ok (hot items had all gone by 7:20 and had not been replenished half hour later)."
