"The Graben hotel is perfect for those exploring Vienna, being a few feet from the vibrant Stephansplatz, giving you instant access to the Cahedral and all around. The hotel itself is magnificent with staff who will try to help you no matter what the query. The rooms could do with bigger TV's but seriously for the location and the bonus of having one of the best Italian restaurants that I have ever eaten in attached to it (and yes, I have been to Italy) The Graben is unbeatable. "

"Very cute, comfy, cozy boutique hotel located near restaurants, shopping, Hofburg museums, and beautiful gardens. Highly recommend Offerl bakery just next door for snacks too. Staff is thoughtful and attentive. Elevator is small and slow but adds nicely to the charm of the hotel. Definitely book your spa/sauna session in advance as it gets quite full"

"There are two sides of this hotel. We were on the old side. I would ask when booking what side you’re in. Our bed was very comfortable and typical to most European hotels the room was not very large. The location is perfect!! Seems out of the way and quiet when you get there but you’re literally a very, very short walk to everything. Trolley stops are very close and a five minute walk to Rathausplatz. Would definitely stay there again. "

"I might have come and gone from this hotel without ever realizing how amazing it is - had it not been for two emergencies that allowed the staff - particularly Barbara - to reveal herself as a super hero. The first was a bad slip in the room in the early am of Dec 26 that required intense first aid, and the second was a broken zipper on a huge suitcase the morning of a flight on Dec 26 when nothing in the city was open or would be open. Barbara, a former flight attendant, taped the bag closed...
