"I had an amazing experience at this hotel from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. My room was spotless, spacious, and well-appointed with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super cozy, and I slept like a dream. The location was perfect—close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport. I also really appreciated the quiet atmosphere despite being so central. "Big clean and comfortable hotel. I loved the nice big windows in my room (719) and that I could open one of them to let in fresh air. Staff were pleasant and helpful, breakfast was good. The only thing I missed was a restaurant that was open for lunch — there didn’t seem to be anywhere in the hotel to eat lunch. But no worries, you can find many restaurants within 5 - 10 minutes walk."

"I went to conference and the hotel was close by. It’s located near everything central in Hamburg. The valet service is comprehensive and front of house staff are very attentive in regards to taking care of taxis and welcoming you to the hotel. Check in staff are all friendly and fun. The rooms are very European and basic styling but they are generously proportioned and well cleaned. In fact, the cleanliness was very high. This is a good hotel, it won’t disappoint. "
