"The room was cheap and adequate for a night. There's noise until midnight from the bar downstairs but that was expected.
The bathroom was well stocked add the room was very clean. One of the chairs in the balcony needs to be replaced as it's broken.
The only thing that we wish it could be improved was the process to recover items left behind.
The cleaning team and the booking team are somewhat disconnected and we weren't able to recover two things left behind. We don't blame the hotel for...

"A luxury hotel that lived up to expectations in a great part of the city for a couple of tourists. The amenities score of 3 stars if effectively a "not applicable" as we didn't use any.
Rooms were large and, importantly, nice and quiet. Check-in was managed really well.
