Staff were very friendly, check-in was smooth and the room was good, as described. Although small, it was functional and very clean. The only con for us was the window didn’t seem to close properly, so we could hear all the noise from the road. Otherwise, great hotel.

Centrally located hotel bang in the CBD within 5 minutes of Boat Quay. The hotel was in the middle of alterations and no advance was given despite the work being well underway. This meant a tiny reception desk and no foyer area. If we have known, we would have booked a bigger room
