"The only difficulty was checking in. The instructions were a bit unclear. I booked the room, but my father added his name to the check-in first. This jumbled the system a bit, and with the dinosaurs being unable to speak, we got confused trying to fix the mistake. A note saying that the person who booked the hotel should check-in first, would be very helpful! Loved the dinosaurs besides this."

"Beautiful property with delicious food and an incredibly helpful and friendly staff! One of the staff members even saw us rummaging through a bowl of flags for their "Where are you from" map and we casually mentioned that we couldn't find our country but it was alright, then left for a little walk around the property. When we came back, the staff member had printed it out for us! Little details like that show the staff pay attention and go beyond what is required to help their guests. Would absolutely stay again. Thank you!"
