Good choice for a night stay, a clean room. The aircon not very cold. But all is ok especially you are on budget trip. Value for money.

bad sound proof, AC not cold at all, wifi unstable, overhead shower not working. expedia charged RM151 but you could get RM 128 at the hotel if you do walk in.

Basic no-frills accomodation for short stays. No fridge in the room. Plenty of food & supermarkets downstairs. Easy parking outside

Comfortable Stay for a 2 stars Hotel
The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable! The room is clean, just that the carpet feel abit dusty and there is minor stains on the towel. There's 2 supermarket options, pizza hut and domino's pizza for dining around the hotel. Overall, comfortable stay and good experience for a 2 stars hotel!

For a simple place to sleep and shower in, this place left us with little to complain about. + The family room was good enough for our family with 2 adults and 2 children. + It was sufficiently-equipped to meet most of our needs, and things like toiletries and towels were included - which we were not sure about before we got there. + most importantly the place was clean. That mattered greatly to us. + parking alright, and there are eateries and a small supermarket in the same block. If we wanted to nitpick: - would have been good if the bathroom area came with a proper door - a fridge in the room would have been a bonus - staff member at the front desk was slightly aloof, but gets the job done.

NB hotel exceeded my expectations for a 2-star establishment. My stay here was much more comfortable than the 3-star hotel I stayed in 2 weeks ago. The room was surprisingly spacious, and the bed was comfortable! Loved the perfume used at the lobby too. While I noticed minor stains on the towel, it was otherwise clean, and the overall cleanliness of the room was fine. Just below the hotel, there's a convenience stall, a supermarket, and dining options. It was a pity the prata stall wasn't opened the morning we were there. Overall, good experience!

Relatively new hotel with basic essentiall. Cleaned room and sheets prpvided which is important to us. Reception staff are quiet helpful. A quiet and nice district with good eateries nearby. Will consider to book again for it's reasonable room rate on offer for our next triip.

We’ve always made NB hotel our first choice of stay whenever we visit JB. The staff are always helpful & cheerful, the place is impeccably clean and you can find restaurants, 99 supermart, laundry wash, etc all within a stone throw away!

This is my second visit to the hotel with my family. But this time the family room air con not cool. The bedsheet and towel cleanliness can be improved. Other than that all are Ok and well satisfied.

Booked triple room but was told they assigned me to twin room with single bed. I have 2 small kids with me, how to sleep and I had paid the triple room price as well. Staff then assigned another room with king size bed at ground floor but the room was smelly and dirty. The room sound proof is very bad. I can hear drilling sound, door opening sound and people walking and chit chatting at corridor at the time like 1am ! Was very disappointed with the dishonesty.

The condition of the hotel is extreme pleasant. It is only 7mins drive to reach Aeon. The overall experience is fantastic

It was very clean and new. The carpeted rooms and hallway exudes a more premium feel than what we paid for it. Very satisfied.
