Parking entrance to car park way out from main entrance of hotel. Bathroom hand shower not able to use. Only the rain shower on ceiling. Room not sound proof. Can hear next door guests talking.

So far the experience is pleasant although my family had only a night stay here. We feel very relaxed and the room is neat and clean with pleasant smell which is the area we are always looking out when selecting a place to stay while on vacation

Efficient layout, toiletries and slippers provided. Hot water kettle and 2 bottles watter, tea, hair dryer povided. A few decent hangars, safe. Bright, lights and sockets, even USB outlet but slow charging. Bring own hair conditioner.

The staff was very polite and attentive
The breakfast buffet was excellent! We had questions about the food and Yusri explained the story about these local foods and coffees. Standard breakfast fare is also available.

This is a good low cost option for JB, its a 8-10 minutes walk from the main shopping drag (Ah Fook) and therefore its fairly quiet in the evenings. The hotel does offer a free shuttle for those not wanting to walk (various times during the day).
The breakfast is ok, very much a local breakfast but they do have a few Western options (cereals / toast / eggs etc).
This is a budget hotel but for the price its a good option for a clean, safe stay.

Value for money. The only negative would be that we saw hair at the basin upon checking into the room. The hotel is kind of isolated, not anywhere tourists will go. But we managed to walk to the hotel from JB city square mall in 20mins. Slopes up and quiet roads. Not too bright. Please take grab to reach this hotel for convenience.

Nothing much to complain as the hotel meet above my expectation.

1) False alarm fire
2) Can hear the water pipe flowing above ceiling. Room 524.

Everything was great. Clean rooms, check in was smooth. Good location but just abit difficult to find the carpark entrance as the entrance is from the back of the building .
The only thing we didn’t like was the food selection of the breakfast in the hotel. It was pretty limited for kids, the main course was spicy chicken and my son couldn’t take it . No other protein selection. There were no sausages / pancakes or waffles for the kids. Should also offer some yoghurt.

Other than being a little out of the way, everything's good, ie cleanliness and service. The hotel provides shuttle service to/fro Causeway Point though and we had no problem to grab a car. Will return next time.

weird smell in the room and breakfast spread is extremely limited. hot water comes and goes, linen is not clean. good thing is that staffs are friendly and helpful, and that shuttle service to city square is provided.

Good for short stays with dove shampoo, body wash & handwash provided. But the toilet abit small. And, the hand shower cannot adjust, default was rain shower. I stayed in room 805.

10 to 15 mins walk to / from City Square (downhill to / uphill from City Square). Skip the malls and walk around Jalan Trus which you'll pass on the way to City Square, lots of great dining options there! Located in a quiet area surrounded by offices, school and woods, so sleep unaffected by surrounding noise is almost guaranteed (not considering your partner's snoring). Room is clean and comes with adequate amenities. Staff is great, parking is convenient in hotel's own carpark. Hotel lobby is spacious and has work stations! What I really love is the 24hrs gym and hearty, tasty breakfast - a treat at this affordable room rate!

Staff & service is awesome. Hotel is pretty clean. Totally no cigarette smoke stench which is a major plus for my family with sensitive noses. Sheets are also clean.
Buffet breakfast was mediocre though. A couple of electrical wall sockets were not working in our suite.
But overall an excellent stay.
There is complimentary shuttle service plying from Hotel to Komtar / Holiday Inn at Komtar. But only at certain timing which one needs to arrange with hotel.

Even though the hotel is fairly central there is actually nothing directly around the hotel. Rooms are fairly small but in decent condition. Staff were extremely friendly and the check-in process was quick. My only complaint would be the breakfast buffet which was a bit unorganised. Food selection was limited which I think was ok considering the price but tables weren't cleaned and overall the breakfast room was chaotic.
