"Lovely hotel, great sheets and comfy bed! "

"Food and drinks were great. Had breakfast, lunch, dinner at the Timberlake restaurant. The staff was incredibly attentive and responsive. Easy check-in."

"This property had high ratings but our experience fell way below those ratings. The proximity to downtown was excellent and parking was not an issue. The person behind the counter was as helpful as she could be but did not fix the issues we had with our room nor was she able to move us to a different room. The a/c was broke so they provided a portable a/c unit. The way the hose was run to the outside hindered pulling the curtains closed potentially a fire hazard. The machine was very loud when running. Mattress was very hard and pillows flat. The towel rack in the bathroom was hanging on by a thread when we arrived. The refrigerator door would barely stay closed. We will come back to visit but will not be staying here again!"

"The cabin was very clean. The sink didn’t drain well but water pressure was good. The staff was chatty and all was well until the gentleman shared political opinions. Probably would stay there again for convenience and ability to house many."

"We had almost exclusive use of the lodge’s pool, hot tub and dry sauna. Free use of laundry machines is a delightful plus."

"We are long-time fans of this hotel, but our latest stay fell short. We stayed for three days and received no housekeeping services. No trash pickup or fresh towels which was especially difficult with four people in one room. We love staying here and hope to see these service standards improved for our next visit"
