She was so lovely to work with to get checked in and offered helpful suggestions for dining options close by. Kayla was also very sweet with my service dog and made sure to have dog biscuits at the front desk for the next time I took him out for a walk. This hotel was such a nice surprise! "

"The staff were warm and welcoming, and so excited to see my adorable kitty. The room was pet friendly including fabric on the sofa that was scratch proof. The only issue is that the sink cabinet is not fully enclosed. It has an opening large enough for a cat to jump inside and hide. This was extremely concerning when it first happened. I was able to close the opening with packing tape to prevent this from happening again. However, this seems like a detail that the hotel should address as they are a cat friendly facility."
