Half the building was cold the pool was not open as being renovated the gym also not open or the sauna . The room was so small should have been a single . The 2 staff we saw was lovely and very kind . The place didn’t look ready for any guests . We ended up going home ."

The head chef was rather rude and aggressive, but I overlooked that due to everyone else being just lovely. I can’t wait to visit again!"

"We stayed at Whitley Coach House to spend a few days in the area before attending a wedding in Frome. Tim and Ginny’s communication was excellent, and they were even kind enough to provide a travel cot last minute as we had ordered one ourselves that we didn’t think would come in time (although it did in the end). The coach house itself was spacious enough for the three of us, with everything one might need for a few days away. "

"Hotel itself is tired and quite run down, needs a large scale renovation. Room was clean but as with wider hotel is very dated. Hotel breakfast was poor. Staff generally friendly and helpful. Easy and free parking was a good benefit. Easy to access location wise. "

The dressing table was unstable and wobbled. Breakfast was excellent, dinner not so. My main portion was paltry. A discount of £2.40 was offered as compensation, not enough.
