"This was our 3rd or 4th time at Sunset Vistas. Sadly, it will be our last time. These rooms are "dated" to put it mildly. Mold around the bathtubs. We told the front desk person. She just shrugged and said, "The rooms are scheduled for an update." They wouldn't clean up the mold nor would they change our room. Not enough room around the pool... very congested. Drinks are waaaayyyy too expensive at their bar. In short, there are better options than Sunset Vistas."

"All rooms here have balconies with a gulf view. We loved that! The pool was not crowded and loungers were always available (though our visit was the second week after Easter, which is a less busy time). Our room was spacious and well maintained and beautifully decorated. My only complaint is the tile floors throughout started out dirty and just got dirtier throughout the week (mostly due to sand coming off the beach). "We had a great stay at this condo during our trip to Florida. Everything was very clean and well maintained, which made it easy to relax right away. Communication was excellent—clear, prompt, and the instructions were simple to follow from check-in to check-out. The accommodations were comfortable and nicely set up, with everything we needed for our stay. The location was a big highlight—perfect for easy beach access and close to plenty of activities. We would definitely stay here again."

"Very nice apartment. The pool was clean and property well kept. The only downside was that it was quite a walk to the beach. It is on the beach but about 7-10 walk to the water. All of the hotels are just as far from the water."
