The Good, the bad and the Ugly
View was great with a very nice balcony and pool. No hot water. My pillows were both covered in mould or mould stains. I brought them to the front and refused to use them. Arguing with the manager, she finally went and got new ones from the store. Hotels.com says: daily housekeeping-FALSE free bottled water- FALSE free breakfast? only if you demand it. Restaurant is nice. Oh, no "free toiletries" either (as said on hotels.com)
