"This wasnt my first stay at Glendalridge. I like staying there when in town because its quiet ckean and comfortable. I highly recomend to anyone who enjoys a goodnight sleep."

"I have stayed here either 3 or 4 times and this time was probably the last unfortunately. I like the cost effectiveness and honestly it’s a safe little cheap hotel. There’s a fridge and a nice area to put your bags. There is also 2 windows which I am a fan as a big fresh air girl but when it’s hot out the ac does work. The doors slam especially loud which sucks because the rooms are very small and close together. Also if you don’t have respectful neighbors, as I did not, you can hear them screaming and acting stupid all night. There is no monitoring of the parking lot so anyone can come and park and visit the noisy neighbors as well. The floors could use a good swiffering but my main issue was the huge hairball that was left in my bathroom:( she kept me awake the first night. Requested a room cleaning from the webcam people and they said there’s a cleaning staff shortage so it wouldn’t get cleaned that day and that was the full discussion. Didn’t get cleaned any of the days I was there for 3. Meanwhile the cleaning lady (who is very nice by the way) was doing the room two doors down from mine. Anyway that’s enough for me. Also no microwave anywhere. "

"Deluxe King Room is spacious, but extremely dated. Pictures online do not match what we booked. None of the furniture nor decor matches the aesthetic. Couch was uncomfortable and cushions pertained to a different couch. Wallpaper was peeling off the wall. Nightstands and tables were absolutely filthy and floor was not vacuumed. Horrible lighting throughout the rooms. No TV in bedroom while TV in living area was poor quality. Requested another TV for bedroom and was told that there were none available by rude virtual desk agent. Bed and mattress were decent. AC unit in bedroom was so close to nightstand that you couldn’t even open the top drawer. $15 a day for parking is absurd for a place like this. I will never stay here again. "

"Rooms are nicer than the property looks outside. Comfortable bed. Very Small bathroom but walk in shower is a nice touch. No security deposit hold which is even better. Nice size TV. A/C runs cold too."

"While I would stay here again, it's not my top choice The staff were friendly when I spoke to them, but we werent told about any of the offerings (like a band to let us into a local gym), the pool was dirty at the bottom and the spa was a hot tub with no heat then the jets broke. Our room was decent, but the tech is outdated/very well used so it didn't work great - the AC only kept about half of the room cool. The bathroom had a bunch of hair left from I assume the previous guests in the shower, but the bedding and towels were clean Sounds from the highway definitely come in, especially if you have any windows open - you are RIGHT off the highway. But I knew that going in, so that wasn't a surprise. I will say it was nice to get to choose which floor we were on and checking out was super easy~ Breakfast is standard fare, my partner was pretty pleased with the amount of protein offered. Plus there's a water cooler by the coffee so you can keep your water bottles full~"

"Clean, safe area, friendly staff. Fatal flaw: sliding glass doors that open to the ground below. No balcony- just a straight drop down. Add a latch that was difficult to lock, and I wouldn't choose this hotel again. I would never stay here with young kids. It was a cross between high end as well. Instead of continental breakfast, there was a restaurant. I also had to pay for parking for every day we stayed. And the beds were full size, not queen. I'd try another hotel if i came to this area again. "
