Communicating with the stuff was challenging as they are not on site, there were long waits to collect the keys. The room is nice and cozy but smelled as it has been closed for a while. "great hotel close to city center and port of Ancona. we had a junior suite and it was very spacious, bright and clean. The staff at the hotel were all very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. It did not have a pool or beach but we had a car and drove to a beach and rented chairs and umbrellas. Great to be so close to many restaurants and shops. "
